Your Property Management Team
Fletcher Management was founded by Tom Fletcher in 1987 with one apartment building and has since gradually expanded to seven apartment, office and retail properties in Minneapolis and Edina. Jim Hessian has led the maintenance of our buildings since 1989 with the help of Dan Schneidkraut and our team of seasoned contractors. We provide personalized service and are readily accessible by phone, text, or email for our residents and office-retail tenants with 24 hour emergency service. Our most recent project was the 2018 rehabilitation of the historic Thompson Flats apartments by Loring Park which received a 2019 Minneapolis Preservation Award.
Our mission is to offer well-maintained Minnesota rentals and personalized management services that always live up to your expectations.
WHO WE ARE
We are long term owner-managers and accordingly manage all of our properties with a long term perspective that they and our residents deserve. For example, 2736 Hennepin Avenue was acquired in 1987 and 2524 Hennepin Avenue was acquired in 1988. We are actively involved in our community with Tom Fletcher being a former board member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association as well as a 12 year and counting member of the Greenwood City Council.
TECHNOLOGY
Tom Fletcher also owns AEX Communications, Inc., which is a Twin Cities based Technology Systems Contractor. AEX’s technology and purchasing capabilities provide direct benefits for our residents and commercial tenants including fiber optic based internet service at every one of our buildings and dedicated WiFi internet service for every apartment. In addition, our buildings each have extensive video camera systems for the exterior and interior common areas.
